Casa Tina Maugeri is in Piazza San Giovanni Bosco n.8, in town centre, near Bellini park and the Cibali stadium, Verga and Metropolitan Theatres, the most important Universities, 5 minutes far from the very central Via Etnea, Piazza Duomo and the commercial Corso Italia.

The B&B is in a little square that gives the opportunity of parking and of taking all public transport: bus, taxi; besides this there is a convenient indoor garage face off the building. It is not far away from the sea: only Km 1 from the beach with volcanic rocks and Km 2 from the famous beach with gold sand "la Playa". Both are easily reachable with public transports or by car. The airport is 30 minutes far away by car from the B&B.
